Dr. Jesse Jackson
Jesse Jackson is a graduate of University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry where he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS). Jesse received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from UMKC in 2003. Jesse has always had a passion for helping others and loves the engineering side of creating beautiful smiles! Jesse worked for a local orthodontist throughout dental school and spent time as a dental assistant for a generalist.
Dr. Jackson places an emphasis on continuing his education in all aspects of dentistry. He regularly attends courses on the latest technology and trends in implants, cosmetic procedures and restorative procedures.
Jesse maintains professional membership and an active participant of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Christian Dental Association, the Greater Kansas City Dental Soceity and member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
Jesse is married to wife, Kristen who is also a graduate of UMKC-SOD. She graduated with her bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 2003. Together, they have four children; Spencer 9, Presley 7, Ledger 6, and Beckett 4.
Some of Jesse’s hobbies include: hunting, fishing, playing guitar, golf, snow boarding, weight lifting, working on cars/motorcycles and fixing things.
Dr. Heather Perdue
Heather Perdue graduated from the UMKC School of Dentistry in 2011. Heather came to the Kansas City area after completing her undergraduate work at the University of Missouri-Rolla in 2006. She and her husband quickly found a church home at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and moved to Liberty in 2012. She could not be more excited to join a practice so close to home!
Dr. Perdue maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Kansas City Dental Association. She stays up-to-date on continuing education in all aspects of preventive and restorative dentistry, with a special interest in dentistry’s role in overall health through the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Dr Perdue also brings with her a heart for service. She had the privilege to develop close ties with several groups serving veterans while in Excelsior Springs and hopes to continue that relationship while in Liberty. She has also served as part of the Donated Dental Services program and participated in serveral Missions of Mercy.
Dr Perdue was raised in Rolla, Missouri, where she met and married her junior high sweetheart, Andy Perdue. Dr Perdue and Andy have two daughters: 6 year old Tessa Grace, and 3 year old Lily. Outside of the office, Dr Perdue spends her time raising heirloom vegetables and blonde-headed babies-overwhelmed with gratitude for the Giver of every good and perfect gift.
